I sent in coins that were inspected and in the same general condition as the coin in this listing and 70% graded at mint state sixty nine and 30% graded higher. So that’s the approximate ratio if you want to try your luck at grading (there’s a certain amount of fickleness involved in grading). The outer plastic that protects the capsule has a scuff mark (on the side with Kruger) but the coin itself is so very, very nice. I do ask that you cover this expense and I do ask that you do this in a timely manner. I don’t anticipate that happening, I’m just reassuring you that you have that option. It is not a given that I will take less than my stated asking price but I have added “best offer” feature and I’ll consider reasonable offers. “Reasonable” is a subjective term but here is a criteria for you to understand what’s reasonable. If you make an offer so low that you know in advance that I won’t accept it, well, that’s a good example of an unreasonable offer. Please note that I won’t respond to offers deemed unreasonable.
