Very few of the R2 coins will have this pedigree because for one, there are only 500 sets and because secondly, very few people will submit sealed sets (I may be the only person doing so as most people like to open the sets and do the whole cherry-picking routine). NGC will only give that particular pedigree to coins received still sealed. It’s common for some sellers to order the sets from overseas, pick out the best for grading and then reassemble the sets and sell the coins that are sub-prime for a lot more than they initially cost.
