The Krugerrand has (2) small spots Please Look At Pictures very Closely. Hard to see but look just to the left of Krugers nose & just under the 20. The South African Mint has done a TERRIBLE job of proof minting. OVER 60% of these coins are coming out with milk spots and other blemishes. Why take a chance and pay BIG premiums on a sealed one to get a better than 60% chance you WILL get coin with spots. Some are massive spots. I price my coins that i see a small spot on below my cost. The ones with large spots i do not sell. I price my coins that grade out at PF69 OR 70 at a fair price. Just look at the POP of how many Elephant Privy coins actually graded out at PF69 OR PF70. This way you know EXACTLY what you are purchading. I have been disappointed to many times.
