NGC PF70 Ultra Cameo. This coin is about the 5th hardest to obtain and is one of the most expensive ones to obtain. This coin is usually never offered for sale as a graded coin. And is only possessed by serious collectors. Only 40% of the this type of graded coins grade 70 (only 7 coins have ever graded 70). This coin is in a new holder and has been conserved.
