Your sealed set will have C. Mint sealed is your best bet! No one has looked at this coin and decided that they didn’t want it – which is often the case with open-box coins! Open-box coins are quite frequently “Pre-Screens”. That is where a big company will send 2000 coins or more in a bulk submission. The coins get “pre-screened” and coins that are automatically disqualified for grading get sent back in capsules instead of certified holders.
