You get the exact one shown here: certification #. Professionally conserved by NGC and is a bright attractive coin. 1993 SOUTH AFRICA S2R PEACE SILVER 2 RAND. For many years this coin had not graded higher than PF69 even after a cumulative total of 38 coins had been submitted by all of the various coin collectors. It was not until January 16, 2022 before one finally graded higher. So a PF69 is not a shabby grade for this coin and, statistically speaking, you can expect to send in over 30 to 40 coins to grading before likely getting a higher grade. At the time of this writing (August 19, 2022) there is no higher grade for this coin that is offered for sale anywhere on the planet. This coin is in a new holder and has been conserved.
