I do ask that you cover this expense and I do ask that you do this in a timely manner. I don’t anticipate that happening, I’m just reassuring you that you have that option. It is not a given that I will take less than my stated asking price but I have added “best offer” feature and I’ll consider reasonable offers. “Reasonable” is a subjective term but here is a criteria for you to understand what’s reasonable.
