You get the exact one shown here: certification #. 2002 SOUTH AFRICA S2R SOUTHERN RIGHT WHALE SILVER 2 RAND. NGC PF 68 Ultra Cameo. This coin is VERY NICE &. Is a duplicate in my collection. Difficult to get this coin in a higher grade and I speak from personal experience after sending three of these off for grading over the years. At the time of this writing (12-24-2021) there has only been 26 coins graded by NGC. Of that 26, only ONE coin has ever graded PF70. The most common grade awarded is PF68, with 12 coins getting that grade. Only SIX coins have gotten PF69. In fact, more coins have gotten a grade of PF67 (seven of them) than have gotten a PF69 grade! With the census statistics in mind, a PF68 grade is not a shabby grade and you can pretty much forget a PF70 ever being offered for sale.
