This is a stunning example of quality modernist jewellery from South African jewellery designer WWL. The pendant will date between the 1950s to 1970s and is in lovely condition. Very stylish piece that comes complete with a sterling silver chain of good length for the pendant approx 47cm/ 18.5. The approx dimensions of the pendant are as follows: including bale 56mm drop, 42mm long without bale, 35mm at widest, 4mm deep silver oval, tigers eye stone 24 x 18mm, total depth of silver and stone 12mm, a good weight at over 24g (20.6g including the silver chain). The pendant is marked sterling and WWL. The chain is marked 925 (for sterling silver) on both ends of the clasp. This is in really lovely condition, with only light signs of wear and age eg minke surface scratches and some tarnish to interior sections. The stone is in excellent condition with no notable faults and has a lovely sheen. It is provided in the new complimentary box and so is ideal for gifting and for safe keeping.
